This policy explains what information Akbay Digital LLC (“Akbay Digital,” “I,” “me”) collects through akbaydigital.com, how it's used, and the choices you have.

What I collect

• What you send me. When you fill out a form, email or call, I receive what you share: usually your name, business name, email, phone number, and details about your business and what you need.
• Client account information. If you become a client, your portal account holds your contact details and the project information, messages, files, requests and billing records we share.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, the servers hosting this site record standard request information, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

How I use it

• To reply to you, prepare a proposal, and deliver the services you sign up for
• To send messages related to your project or account
• To keep the site and client accounts secure

I don't sell your information, and I don't use it for advertising.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If you have a client account, a necessary cookie keeps you signed in.

Who else handles it

I use a small number of service providers to run this site and my business: website hosting and file storage (Cloudflare), a database (Neon), email delivery (Resend), and payments (Stripe). They process information only to provide those services. When you pay, your card or bank details go directly to Stripe; I never see or store your full card or account numbers.

How long I keep it

I keep inquiry information as long as it's useful for following up, and client records for as long as we work together plus any period required for tax or legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the information I hold about you, or ask me to correct or delete it. Email hello@akbaydigital.com and I'll respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
